The Christmas Vigil Mass was held on December 24 at 10:30 PM. Fr. Ramón Gaitan was the main celebrant with Frs. John Oldfield and John Gruben and Dn. Ramiro Muñoz in attendance. In addition to the Tagaste choir, the Hispanic children's choir was present to help with the music for the liturgy. A couple portraying Mary and Joseph assisted in the Mass and held an image of the infant Jesus which was venerated by the faithful at the conclusion of Mass. The community had an early Christmas dinner and was joined by Fr. Francisco Sandoval from St. John Parish.
