Tagaste once again hosted the Thanksgiving Dinner for Recollect friars from the Eastern region on Thursday, November 26. In addition to members of the St. Cloud and St. John communities, our Bishop David Arias was also present. After the table blessing everyone enjoyed a dinner that included not only traditional turkey but also baked ziti, and even Mexican enchiladas. For dessert house cook, Gabby Rivera, served her famous "tres leches" cake.
