Everything was Italian at Tagaste on October 13 when the Pius X Guild sponsored "Italian Night". The event, held in the Guild Hall, drew 150 people, which is maximum capacity for the hall. Mr. Ronald Sebo chaired the evening's activities. Food service, which was catered once again by Rob and Mary Ellen from the Platzel Brauhaus in Pomona, included lasagna, ziti, salad, a variety of desserts, wine and coffee. Music was provided by Greg Caldarone. During the course of the evening special plaques of appreciation were given to Jennie Gabella and Rita Gannon for their many years of service to the monastery community.
