On March 25, 2005 Fr. John Gruben and Fr. Marlon Beof made a trip to Spain in order to meet with the formation teams of the provinces of Spain. This experience was very enriching since they no only shared great time with the formators but also with formands and novices of different provinces of the Order. Fr. John Gruben and Fr. Marlon Beof, especially, spent more time with the novices of our province of Saint Augustine who, filled with enthusiasm, were living an unforgettable experience. That experience, for sure, will give them the opportunity to become Augustinian Recollect Friars.
Fr. John Gruben and Fr. Marlon Beof, along with the secretariat team of formation, met to discuss the formation of future friars and the plans to be followed for the growth of our province of Saint Augustine. Those days were very intense. Indeed the Augustinian spirit seized all present at the meeting.
