The Madrid publishing house Library of Christian Authors (Biblioteca de Autores Cristianos: BAC) has just published the most recent book of Fr. Francis Moriones, OAR a member of our Tagaste Monastery community in Suffern. It is titled Teología de S. Agustín.
We need to report two points worthy of both historic and human interest. Encouraged by the Augustinology Institute of our order, the Order of Augustinian Recollects, Fr. Moriones began writing this book at the age of 90 and completed it when he was 93. In order to write this work he decided to teach himself word processing. Although he had never applied his writer's hands to a computer keyboard prior to that time, each and every word contained in Teología de S. Agustín flowed forth from those very same hands.
